CEO | Medicare Sales & Strategy Leader
Liz George is a dynamic and visionary CEO with over 15 years of experience in building and leading high-performing teams within the healthcare and insurance industries. Specializing in Medicare sales and strategic growth, Elizabeth is known for creating winning cultures that not only drive success for organizations but also make a lasting impact on the lives of seniors and the professionals who serve them.
Licensed in over 20 states, Elizabeth has held key leadership roles including Executive Director for a Fortune 6 healthcare company, Sales Director, Broker Manager, and Agent. Her deep industry expertise and people-first approach have earned her the title of the G.O.A.T—recognized for consistently disrupting the status quo and placing individuals on paths to long-term success.
Elizabeth leads with passion and purpose, equipping agents and aspiring professionals with the tools, training, and support needed to thrive in the insurance space. She is especially dedicated to helping those seeking a new career find meaning and momentum in Medicare sales—transforming futures while improving lives.
Whether she’s mentoring new talent or designing strategy that moves markets, Liz’s mission remains clear: to build better teams, better careers, and better outcomes—for seniors, for clients, and for the industry. Jayden (Jay) George
Vice President of Sales
As Vice President of Sales, Jayden George brings a results-driven mindset and a heart for service to everything he does. With a deep passion for community and togetherness, Jayden leads, trains, and coaches’ agents to hit ambitious goals.
A former college football player with a background in Business Administration, Jayden combines discipline, strategy, and team spirit to build high-performing sales teams that puts people first. Whether he’s mentoring new agents or refining outreach strategies, his mission is always the same: to make a meaningful impact in the lives of beneficiaries — and for his agents to succeed together.
Originally from Chicago, Jayden lives by the principle that success is best when shared. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him enjoying time with his dog, Coco, or drawing inspiration from the lesson’s sports have taught him: persistence, preparation, and passion
